"I reserved for a family member's birthday celebration. We came earlier than the booked time but they allowed us. Food was lovely. Especially loved the meat spring rolls. Wait time was alright. Pricing was very affordable. Place was cosy where we were seated. Had some privacy . Wait staff were courteous and accommodating. Will definitely come back."

"I enjoy eating at Chef Lagenda for several years now and the Aintree branch has better atmosphere vibe without all those noisy acoustics in the Old place in Deer Park. The food is awesome, however, I don't like the cafeteria type plates which reminds me of school lunch time vibe instead of dining out."

"As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and sat to our table. I've never been disappointed every time I go. Fried rice was tasty, the noodles were delicious! And the sides of roti, spring rolls, chicken skewers and dumplings were good and to wash it down with a mixed Berry smoothie"

"Laksa was a very coconut tasty. After rolling the dice on the expensive Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs, it was indeed worth it. Twas good quality meat, having a crispy texture, with the right amount of sweetness and tart. This place being newer, was a tad more comfortable than Deer Park and with brighter lighting if that's your thing."

"First time diner and will be a consistent customer on a regular basis after today's meal. Staff and venue are respectful, clean and amazing. The level of hospitality was second to none. I arrived and was seated and was extremely happy with my meal, the flavours and the serving size for a rather large Samaon man and a matching appetite. My mango smoothie was a great end to such an flavour packed Malaysian meal. The Sweet and Sour Pork (S&SP) was to die for and I ate this simply with a bowl of steamed rice and roti. Literally the best S&SP ive ever eaten in Melbourne and to know where I can go for this for future meals will be a secret I'll never keep to myself!
